Information we use

• Your account name and email address, provided through Clerk when you sign in.
• Order details such as the property address, package, format choices, photo-selection approval, and editing instructions.
• Files you upload, including listing photos, logos, headshots, music, and optional audio or video.
• Payment status and transaction details from Stripe. Stripe handles card entry; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Messages you send through our contact form or email.

How we use it

We use this information to secure your account, take payment, prepare and deliver your order, answer support requests, and protect the service. We do not sell your personal information or use your property photos, branding, or finished video in marketing without your permission.

Service providers and file access

Clerk provides sign-in; Stripe processes payments; Vercel hosts the site and privately stores order files; Resend delivers order and contact emails. Authorized Colossus Visual staff can access files needed to complete your order. We use the files only for your order and related support.

Storage and your choices

We keep order files while needed to produce and support your video, then delete them when they are no longer needed. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@colossusvisual.com. We may keep limited transaction records for accounting, payment disputes, security, or legal obligations, and may need to retain information while an order issue is open.
