These terms apply when you use Colossus Visual or place an order. The package, price, and included options shown at checkout form part of your order.
The service and timing
We create listing videos from the photos and other materials you provide. Delivery is estimated within 24–48 hours after payment and receipt of all required files and instructions. The estimate may change if information is missing or an issue delays production; we will contact you if that happens. The finished video is sent to the email address on your order.
Your materials
You confirm that you have permission to provide and use the property details, photos, logos, music, and other files in your order. You allow us to use those materials only to produce, review, deliver, and support your video. You may submit up to 100 listing photos; if that exceeds your package allowance, you must approve our editor selecting the strongest photos within that allowance. The selected package controls which other files and options are included.
Revisions and cancellations
One round of minor corrections based on your original brief is included if requested within 7 days of delivery. A new direction, replacement materials, or additional editing may require a separate quote. Cancel by email before editing begins for a full refund. Once editing has started, refund requests are reviewed case by case, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Payment and use
Payment is collected through Stripe before production begins. After full payment, you may use the delivered video to market the property covered by your order. Third-party materials included in a video remain subject to their own licenses. We do not guarantee a sale, showing, lead, or other marketing result.
Order issues and updates
Email hello@colossusvisual.com about an order issue. We may pause or decline work involving unlawful or unauthorized materials and will contact you about next steps. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived. We may update the terms; changes apply to orders placed after the updated date shown above.
